Cavigioli ltd architecture & interiors focuses on refurbishments, remodelling and extensions of residential properties and commercial spaces.

We value our clients and like to establish a collaborative spirit through the various phases of the project guided by an agreed vision. This includes defining the original scope of the works, the budget, the timeframe and develop a strategy to ensure the feasibility of the scheme.

Taking context and functionality in consideration are essential to a successful design; but increasing the sense of space and perspective is what really defines a place. Our service includes working out options through various sketches and layout proposals until reaching an inspired solution.

Finishes are a sensitive aspect of a home’s character, which we research closely with our suppliers. We develop for our clients a personalised palette of materials, textures and colour tones that we apply to ensure the design is coherent and reflects a unique identity.

As a practice we handle a limited number of sites at any one time to ensure each one receives our full attention. While requirements across smaller or larger scaled projects may vary, our standard and focus remains the same.

We work with consultants with whom we have established valuable relationships over the years. The list includes: quantity surveyors, engineers, planning & heritage consultants, Health & Safety advisers, Building Control, mechanical & electrical engineers and other forms of building trades, high skilled joiners, tilers, door & window specialists, decorators, etc..

To improve efficiency and our response to the demands of our projects we joined Mstudios & Co: a community of collaborative architects and designers who share knowledge and resources on a daily basis. This access to a broader range of professionals ensures we optimise our service at any stage of the design process with the appropriate design team.
